One of our regular property refurbishment contracts is to turn around tenancy voids getting the properties market-ready. This post tenancy refurbishment includes an upgrade to new USB points and LEDs throughout to incorporate the sustainability element highly supported by Barkers and our clients.
Tenancy void projects consist of carrying out compliance tests on any gas or electrical installations present inside the property. Our refurbishment team carries out any necessary remedial works. Following on from these checks, the property decorations were refreshed to either minor redecorations to full redecoration dependant on existing condition, followed by flooring replacement, cleaning or repair and finalised with the sparkle clean to handover.
Handover to the landlords will include all necessary paperwork relating to compliance and meter readings on completion.
Typically, these works will be carried out on a 14 day turn around.
