Following on from these checks, the property decorations were refreshed to either minor redecorations to full redecoration dependant on existing condition, followed by flooring replacement, cleaning or repair and finalised with the sparkle clean to handover.

Handover to the landlords will include all necessary paperwork relating to compliance and meter readings on completion.
