This property suffered a substantial leak from a mains water pipe in the flat above. The leak caused damage to the entire central hallway and also to the bathroom of the flat below. The result was significant damage to ceilings, walls, woodwork and floor coverings, leaving bubbling plasterwork and split timbers.
We were able to repair all the damages without the extra expense and trade logistics of renewing any plasterwork or timbers. Allowing the flood-affected areas to be restored fully to their original condition with minimal disruption.
The floor covering dried out thoroughly and was treated with an industrial clean using our in house cleaning contractor, leaving the affected carpet restored to its original condition, thus avoiding further stress of renewing the carpets throughout.
